Semi hard, 100% Dalmatian Goat Milk
Aged for a minimum of 14 days, or can be matured longer upon request, our goat milk cheese has a very discreet aroma and the thin grey/white rind opens to a supple texture with a mild and creamy taste. A perfect introduction to goats milk cheese as our Kozlar does not carry the typical goat cheese bitterness.
Riesling or a medium bodied Graševina are highly recommended. The perfect partner?
