A delicious soft fresh ricotta type cheese made from Pag ewe’s milk whey which is high is albumin protein and nutritious value. Seasonally produced from January to June during the Pag sheep milking season. An excellent cheese for cooking sweet Croatian dishes such as Savijača od Skute and Povitica. The unusual taste is also perfect for cheesecake.
